90% of orders have been shipped apart from those with longer Pre-order periods.
Honkai Star Rail have been very slow in sending me items and I am still waiting for many orders to ship, I do apologise for the wait for some orders!
Ensemble Stars plush are still on preorder, bunny plush are expected in August, Shine & Shadow plush are also expected in August.
Arlecchino clothing expected late July-Early August.

Currently on time and expected within the 3-4 month estimated time frame, apart from those with longer Pre-order periods.
Nukani items all have a longer pre-order period.
Plush, figures, blind boxes usually have longer pre-order periods. Please be patient if you have ordered any of these items, but remember you can always contact me to check!

Genshin does not restock items as frequently as it used to, so some items like clothing, accessories etc have not restocked in a long time. If an order is made for an item that is out of stock, I usually check consistently every day to see if the item restocks. If it does not within a reasonable timeframe, I will email the customer to find out if they would like to continue waiting or cancel the order for a refund.
