• Orders made before June 2024 (up to order #00621):

All orders have been shipped apart from those with longer Pre-order periods.

Longer pre-order items include Nu:Carnival Birthday goods, Enstars goods, HSR Potte Potte plush and figures.

• Orders made between June-July 2024 (#00621 - 1004):

90% of orders have been shipped apart from those with longer Pre-order periods.

Longer pre-order items include Enstars goods, Bitter Rabbits and figures.

If you are still waiting for your order from this period please be aware I am still shipping the last few orders.

If you incorrectly used the COMBINE code at checkout for free shipping, I have likely tried to contact you to pay the shipping fee! Please double check your emails or drop me a message if you are unsure! I currently have about 15 packages waiting for shipping to be paid!

I am also currently awaiting a shipment of 5 Alhaitham bags that were misplaced by my warehouse. They are due in late Feb 2025.

• Orders made between August-October 2024 (#01005 - 1193):

CURRENTLY SHIPPING, apologies for the delay! Due to a huge backlog of orders in June & July, I am still catching up to get back on track with a 3-4 month estimated shipping time for most items. I am hoping to have caught up by the end of Feb 2025.

Longer pre-order items include Enstars goods, Genshin POP Mart, incense sets, Wriothesley clothing, Kafka clothing and figures.

• Orders made between November-December 2024 (#01193 - 1303):

  Expected a possible 1 month delay due to backlog. Shipping should begin in April apart from those with longer Pre-order periods.

Ensemble Stars cat plush are due in June.

• Orders made between Janurary 2025 onward (#01303 - ):

  Currently on time and expected to begin shipping in April apart from those with longer Pre-order periods.
