These updates are estimates and there can always be order delays due to unforeseen circumstance.

These updates do NOT include orders with products that have a longer Pre-order time (eg. Scale figures, Nendoroids, most enstars goods etc).

You can always find an estimated time of shipment in all products descriptions.

If you incorrectly used the COMBINE code at checkout for free shipping, I have likely tried to contact you to pay the shipping fee! Please double check your emails or drop me a message if you are unsure! I currently have about 15 packages waiting for shipping to be paid!

• Orders made before July 2024 (up to order #00975):

All orders have been shipped apart from those with longer Pre-order periods.

Longer pre-order items include Enstars goods, and figures.

Late Alhaitham bags have all arrived and I will be shipping them the week of 5th May 2025.

• Orders made between August - October 2024 (#01023 - 1204):

90% of orders have been shipped apart from those with longer Pre-order periods.

Longer pre-order items include Yae Miko Clothing, Kafka Clothing, aromatherapy sets, Enstars cat plush and figures.

• Aventurine nendoroids due to ship late May - mid June 2025.

• Wolfy plush due to ship late May - mid June 2025.

• Most of the Neuvilette Teacups have now been shipped, the remainder will be shipped late May - mid June 2025.

If you are still waiting for your order from this period please be aware I am still shipping the last few orders.

• Orders made between November 2024 - Janurary 2025 (#01205 - 1507):

CURRENTLY SHIPPING, apologies for the delay! Due to a huge backlog of orders in June & July, I am still catching up to get back on track with a 3-4 month estimated shipping time for most items.

Longer pre-order items include Enstars goods, Wriothesley and Sigewinne plush dolls, Alien Stage chibi goods and plush, Nu: Carnival Karatez stands, Neuvilette ladles, Wriothesley Clothing and figures.

Ensemble Stars cat plush and AGF goods are due in June.

• Orders made between Feburary -March 2025 (#01511 - 1666):

  Expected a possible 1 month delay due to backlog. Shipping should begin in June - July apart from those with longer Pre-order periods.

• Orders made between April 2025 onward (#01667 - ):

  Currently on time and expected to begin shipping in July apart from those with longer Pre-order periods.

Products currently delayed due to waiting for restock:
