What does ‘Pre-order’ mean?

Pre-order items are not currently in stock and will have an estimated month of arrival on the item page. Please note these are just estimates and various factors can affect a Pre-order item’s arrival date. While I will do my best to deliver the items on time there can be situations outside of my control, especially around the holiday season. Please only order if you are fine with this!

Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide, my website uses a flat rate system to charge. There is a £2 charge for each extra item.

If I pre-order multiple items, when will they ship?

If you make an order with items of different release dates then they will be shipped together once the final item has arrived. If you want me to ship items separately please make multiple orders!

Returns and cancellations

Once an item has been purchased from Mahou Nippon the sale is final. Your item is ordered with my supplier and a refund/cancellation is sadly not available.

If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason you will be given a full refund.
